Terms and conditions

This service applies to domestic and commercial properties in the UK.  If purchasing additional cables for the installation please ensure they are the correct length to enable hassle free installation of the product.

Cables included in the service are the basic leads supplied in the TV box and any additional leads required to complete the installation. Installation is not recommended above a heat source such as a chimney breast or radiator.

Our installers reserve the right to not carry out the installation if it is deemed unsafe or dangerous to do so.

We will connect your plasma TV to up to four other components. This may include connection to a home cinema kit, but does not include full set up and tuning.

We offer this service from Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Restrictions may apply to selected post codes. Sundays are available at a small extra charge.

For full audio-visual installation, please check that speaker stands or brackets are supplied with the product, as these are not included in the price
